INSPECTION REPORT
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR WORK
Our Inspection Report was born in 2008 in Italy, originated from the desire of one of our customers: FENDI store planning. At the time, it was common to request weekly reports on the productions that were made and that would be shipped to Asia with information on the extraction of the blocks in Turkey until the finished product was sent to various areas in Asia and the Middle East.
This need for a single client made us realize how important these reports were. For this reason, we created the Inspection Report methodology and have been offering it free of charge to all our customers since then.
The material will be sent in PDF format by email containing detailed and descriptive information about:
We are a family owned and operated business.
- Material selection;
- The production;
- Freight;
- The placement.
INSPECTION REPORT OF MATERIAL SELECTION
When materials are defined at the design stage (whether imported or purchased on the national market), Camasa provides an inspection report identifying all material characteristics and any chromatic or structural defects.
The report is important to be sure of what is being acquired.
PRODUCTION INSPECTION REPORT
It is common in the market, after the confirmation of a project, be it big or small, the absence of information from the producer about the progress of the service. Not infrequently, when news is sought, it is passed on by phone. And that brings enormous insecurity to the customer.
That is precisely why A Camasa works in the opposite direction to this trend. We offer our customers complete transparency anticipating their doubts and uncertainties. With our Inspection Report sent once a week, we inform the production process in a photographic and descriptive way. Thus, we bring our customers closer to production step by step, making the supplier / customer relationship more transparent.
INSPECTION FREIGHT REPORT
The transportation of the material is very important. So, we take care of this step carefully, as transport professionals must be prepared and responsible for carrying stone products. We normally carry out the transport the day before installation so that our installers can start work the next day in the morning and thus be more productive.
The document contains information about the customer, work address, supplier, batch reference, description of the merchandise and the total square meters ordered.
INSPECTION REPORT OF PLACEMENT
The placement finally begins. Recognizing that customers often do not have time to monitor the progress of work on a daily basis, Camasa, through its weekly Inspection Report, takes this information to you in a detailed and objective way in a file to facilitate this monitoring.
The document has images and a description, making it easy to understand compliance with the previously agreed schedule. Another advantage is the visualization of the construction site as a whole.
